No, you need to get 0.0.7 and build it from source. You can
use deb-make (apt-get install deb-make) to build .deb
packages for easy upgrade or removal if you want.

There isn't any permanent server running GGZ 0.0.6 around.
You could run ggzd on localhost, because I doubt you'll find
many peers using such an old version anyway.
The current GGZ server is live.ggzgamingzone.org running 0.0.7.
The Debian packages are outdated and appear to be
unmaintained, they will hopefully be updated before the
Sarge release though.
