#3 shared preferences between clients

Some of the ggz client preferences should be shared
between clients. In particular, server information
(servers, usernames, etc.) should most definitely be
shared.

Since the format is the same among gtk and kde clients,
it should be a fairly simple matter to change both to
use the same file, say ~/.ggz/hosts.rc or ~/.ggz/ggz.rc
for this information.
