[ggt-info] flagpoll?

Hi Folks,
This is my first post to this list, so forgive the any naive questions.

I'm trying to make a build system around gmtl and I've noticed that although
gmtl installs the header files in a gmtl-0.6.1/ subdirectory.  The notes on
version 0.5.3 indicate that pkg-config has been replaced by flagpoll, and
indeed, the installation puts something in /usr/share/flagpoll.

I know nothing of flagpoll, don't have it installed on my system.  Debian
packages don't have anything called flagpoll.  The link on the comment on
the source forge page is broken, google attempts to correct my English and
asks me if I meant to search for FlagPole, and returns a myriad of american
flag products, etc.

Where can I find information on this flagpoll thingy?
