[ggt-info] GMTL 0.6.0 released

GMTL 0.6.0 has been released. This is primarily a bug fix release relative 
to version 0.5.4. Additionally, the SCons build has been updated to work 
with the latest versions of SCons (up through 1.2.0) and Boost.Python (up 
through 1.38). The source can be downloaded from the following link:
