  Log:
  Refactoring:    Allow the use of Boost installations that use the
                  versioned Boost header tree.  This adds a new command
                  line option, BoostVersion, for specifying the Boost
                  version number, a necessary aspect of finding
                  boost/version.hpp correctly within a versioned header
                  installation.
  
  Removed redundant imports of the 're' module.
