  Log:
  Use the new gmtl-config script to get compiler arguments for using
  GMTL.  The --with-gmtl-include argument has been replaced with
  --with-gmtl-prefix and --with-gmtl-exec-prefix (which can be used
  to specify the path to gmtl-config).
