[ggt-devel] More porblems with rotations

Hello,
      In using the CVS version of gmtl from 1 week ago and am seeing 
similar problems with makeZRot as I was seeing with EulerAngle 
functions. The problem arises when an identity matrix is passed in but 
90 is returned. Is this similar fix to the Euler code or is this s 
different issue? Thanks for the help.
