if you reimplemented parts of gmtl in terms of those vector units, then you could put ifdefs for MAC or something in gmtl to include your files instead. you'll know if you have a successful implementation if the test suite compiles and runs. if we get enough impls, then maybe we'd have a directory for each version, and reference directory, a mac, an intel, etc... good luck. anyone want to do an SSE2 version? at least unrol the loops? kevin On Sun, 29 Jun 2003, Galen Faidley wrote: > I was wondering what the best way to perform platform specific > optimization on GMTL was?
