Would there be any objections to adding another pi-related constant to 
gmtl/Math.h? We've got PI, PI_OVER_2, and PI_OVER_4 already. 

But (2 * PI) comes up quite a bit in calculations and I wanted to add it
as PI_TIMES_2 or TWO_PI.
