Initial Comment:
GMTL on Mac OS X fails to recognize the fact that the *f (sinf(), 
tanf() etc.) functions are not supported.  So the NO_*F #defines 
are never set and you get errors when trying to compile.

This should be fixed with Revision 1.4 of gmtl/Defines.h.
