[Ggnfs-devel] Msieve commits

As threatened, I've added branch_0/src/msieve, and commited the
msieve files (no non-NFS algorithms, no NFS poly selection). 
Running 'make' can benefit from adding 'ARCH=XXX', just like the
regular GGNFS makefile.

Please let me know if I've messed up anything or if your system
cannot build the msieve binary.

Moderator(s): the huge diff emails can be deleted, I don't care
