[Ggnfs-devel] Matrix save routines

Hello, Everyone.

I've just commited G.W. Reynolds' matrix save routines. I've also
changed them a little bit in order to work under mingw32.

So. If anyone will be able to test current cvs snapshot - it will be
fine. Especially, the compilation with Visual C++ should be checked.
I'm managing to make snapshot release soon at the end of this week.
