#41 download page links to shady DarwinPorts site

I see there's a link to darwinports .com on <http://www.ggi-project.org/download.html>. That
site has never been associated with the MacPorts (formerly DarwinPorts)
project, and is not a good place to send users for a number of reasons
(the MacPorts wiki has the sordid details: <https://trac.macports.org/wiki/DarwinPorts>).

Could you please change the link to point to macports.org instead?
