Anonymous Richard Kennaway

GFtbox is a Matlab package for simulating biological growth of leaves, petals, and similar organs, developed by Richard Kennaway at the University of East Anglia. A paper describing the theory and methods has appeared in PLoS Computational Biology in June 2011.

GFtbox requires an installation of MATLAB. It should be compatible with any version from R2007 onwards, running on Windows, Mac OS, or Linux.
