#1 Initial Folding install issue with gfhcmd

When I install FAH fresh and then install gfhcmd and gfhcmc then gfhcmd fails to start the folding service i find i need to first start the folding service that installs with FAH and let it run until one checkpoint is created then gfhcmd can administer it fine
