Hello,
I went to try to generate a test Convective Watch and it's saying Invalid DiscreteKey found in Grid. Key is:
I've tried in practice mode as well, and get the same error. Not sure what's going on here. Back in the old versions you use to be able to type any number watch in, and it work. I'm using the latest version.
other products work and generate but convective is a no go. also hazards show in the active table but socnot show in GHG monitor.
Try the convective watch again using what is checked into the master branch. I found and fixed a bug that was created when the code was updated for c++14. After fixing it, I was able to run the formatter and generate a convective product.

I will see if I can take a look into that. What about the GHG Monitor?
Products actually tansmit into the active table, but they won't show in
GHG. I'd love to also work with the ifp image stuff as more since I'm
learning how to create different grid images :) It's amazing how the models
come in! I'd love to see the HRRR/RAP/RUC as an option down the pipe for
more short term grids :)

The GHG monitor appears to be working (I'm not an expert in using it). There was a problem withthe VTEC decoder caused by python3 changing the way subpackages import. I fixed that along with the other problem.
After those fixes I was able to create a SV.A:1 area in the hazard grid. Publish it and create a convective product. After the convective product was transmitted (and thus run through the vtec decoder) it (SV.A) shows up in the GHG monitor.
I'll update GFE, and see what's going on. I even tried to generate a Heat
Advisory and it never showed up in GHG, which was weird haha!
