#94 Enhance GREP Search to understand Delphi Environment Variables

I quite often use environment variables in the IDE to point to the root folder of component installation source or library code. This is a great feature of Delphi because it allows me to use the same Delphi Virtual Machine across multiple physical machines with minimal fuss. It keeps the Library/Search paths shorterand is great for installing new versions of the IDE because you can leave your settings in place when you uninstall and add just the environment variables back for the new version (at least until the Migration tool handles all of this).
