There are two projects / repos with identical names

Two different projects:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/getgnuwin32/

Their subtitles doesn't explain their purpose:

gnuwin (projects/gnuwin32): Provides native Win32 open source ports and utilities

gnuwin32 (projects/getgnuwin32): Free GNUWin32 utility packages

Notice that:

first project's name is gnuwin but URL is gnuwin32

second project's name is gnuwin32 but URL is getgnuwin32

The links of these are scattered all over the place:
http://getgnuwin32.sourceforge.net/

getgnuwin32's description is not even a description but an advetisement for ZenMate.
"Buy ZenMate Premium for only €6.49 with turbo speed for HD quality streaming!"

Does anyone care to explain?

This project is a downloader script for packages from the gnuwin32 project. However we are not responsible for the gnuwin32 project which currently is not actively maintained. I have no problem with this project's description since it's for gnuwin32. I'm not sure why you see an advertisement for ZenMate though.
