Hehe Welcome Karl :) CVS version of getcontrol support all media types that Gstreamer can support... Getcontrol development has been paused a little while i am trying to bring up gstreamer to a more stable status so that Getcontrol relies on stable basis... Actually i m using it to play my Divx and listen internet radio ( shoutcast streams like www.di.fm ones). Divx playback from CD is supported with common controls ( Play/pause/stop etc...) Ejecting CD is also supported... All memleaks and crashes are currently coming from Gstreamer plugins that i m trying to fix... As soon as it stops leaking and crashing i'll release 0.1.7 and start working on Xmame integration, Divx playback from harddrive and so on... I ll also implement DVD playback trough Gstreamer... What is currently supported by getcontrol? I would like to use it to watch DivX, VCD, SVCD, DVD movies, and be able to listen to mp3's and ogg's? How many of these formats are supported? |
