[Gestalt-users] HTTP Basic Authentication support

I have added --user and --password options.

This requires a new version of the http resolver which I have posted
to the eposix list. Hopefully Berend will distribute it in the next
beta.

I have also added HTTPS support. (ePosix 3.0 required)
