[Gestalt-users] XSLT 2.0 serializer

  Hi Colin

  In your freshly born Gestalt documentation, you say "I think an XSLT
2.0 html serializer has also been written".  You can have a look at
http://www.fgeorges.org/xslt/serial/.  I think the doc can be improved,
but there is enough to get started.

  FXSL is used mainly to have first class object functions, so you can
use different serializers at the same time (to text, HTML with @class,
...).
