Hi,

I am missing a definition file for YAML. Unfortunately I do not know YAML good enough to create one myself.

Regards,
Erik.

    If you know a little php, it would not be hard to make it yourself. See section 4 of the documentation that comes with GeSHi.

    Otherwise, I'm not familiar with this language and so could not write the language file myself. If you could find someone with a little PHP experience and who knew your language, you could get them to write it.

    I would like this feature because we use GeSHi in a project based on the symfony framework, which uses YAML extensively : )

    Hi!

    We need it for TikiWiki as well:

    Well, it would really be nice if someone who knows a bit YAML could compile a basic language file. Correcting and fine-tuning it shouldn't be that of a problem then.

    This can be closed by extending the JavaScript extension list.

    'javascript' => array('js','json','yaml','yml')

    works perfectly for JSON, and makes GeSHi support YAML mostly as well.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yaml

    if you're not comfortable with this, please at least do the

    'javascript' => array('js','json')

    bit.

    Thanks :)
