Happy New Year!

I have not had the time to work on germ in a while. I want to continue this
project, but it's simply not a priority at the moment.

There has been some positive development concerning web frontends. Projects
such as pyjs [1] are promising replacements for the current minimalist user
interface.

Apart from improving the web frontend, I think the most important item on
the TODO list is implementing explicit table joins (i.e., joins which are
not already defined via relations).
