#74 Patch to add support for parentheses in macros
This patch adds support for parentheses in macro expression, which are allowed in the standard. Right now gerbv ignores parentheses.
Both attached gerbers should display identically, but one uses parentheses in a macro and gerbv fails to evaluate the expressions correctly.
