#238 could not read 100610788_AD.gvp[-1]

Attemtping to open a saved project I get the following error message
could not read C:******\worklib*\physical\outputs**_.gvp[-1] (Path blanked for security reasons.)
I am also unable to edit the hole sizes in the excellon drill file and it defaults to unknown sizes.
