I change the opacity of a layer to 128. I save my project, close gerbv, and open the project back up. The opacity setting does not get saved. The opacity is back to the default (177) instead of what I set it to last time. The opacity information is not retained. This seems like a bug to me.

Thanks!
Jensen

p.s. I am using Windows 7 and Gerbv 2.6.1

Opacity (translation, rotation, scaling and mirroring) was added later. You can
test it under Windows with [1] gerbv-win-static_20160713.zip. Copy init.scm
file from 2.6.1 installation to the directory with gerbv.exe from the archive.

I created a new project and it saves and loads opacity information just fine!
However, I tried to load a gerbv project file that had been created with an older version and I ran into problems. Backwards compatability with gerbv project files seems to be poor. I have ran into issues loading project files before...

I want to close this bug, but I think I lack permission to do so.
