#203 export of .xy files shows abundant labels

when exporting .xy files in svg, pdf or png mode, a label added to what seems to be every corner of the lines that represent the placed component.

for example, ./src/gerbv example/pick-and-place/LED.* --export pdf shows abundant overlapping orange text inside the blue silkscreen lines over the placement rectangles, while interactive mode shows only the orange rectangles, and the only labels are those encoded in the silk screen.

i'm assigning a low priority to this as i'm using the .xy files only for visual plausibility checking; feel free to readjust.
