Constants Mutations Bug Fix and Documentation Update

Hi,
I have fixed a bug regarding the constants mutation. As mentioned on the main page, you can have no constants mutation by supplying null to the population constructor. Now you really can do that.
Also, thanks to my sister Vera, typos and bad expressions have been minimized in the documentation.
