[Geotools-devel] Dead files

Before we start to look at creating the release branch on Friday, I thought 
it might be a good idea to have a bit of a clean up on the main trunk.

I'm looking for java, or other files, which are in the tree but which are 
either no longer needed or shouldn't be there in the first place.

So far I have identified
AdvancedShadedShapefileViewer
AttributeShader
ContiguityList
TestLayer
from the geotools package, and

GrayImage
from the raster package.

First, are the above truly not needed any more, and secondly does anyone 
have any other candidates?
