Thanks for the help - do you know if there's a compatible CRS string I
can just replace it with, or will it work if I remove that attribute
completely as it's the assumed default CRS?  The comment on the issue
mentions replacing it with epsg:4326, but it's unclear if that works (in
my tests I had problems too...)
