[Geotools-devel] JSR-275 Jar?

Is Geotools currently using code from JSR-275?

I'm looking for a Jar file for the spec that I can use in my own code,
and I didn't see one available on the JSR-275 website. I can download
the CVS and roll my own, but I thought it would be better to use a
geotools build of the CVS if it was available.
