[Geotools-devel] subversion problems possibly fixed

Hi all,

we just fixed a problem with the subversion repository.  It seemed  
that the CIA bot script was being called incorrectly so that if there  
was a problem communicating with the CIA service commits could get  
hung up and take a VERY VERY long time to commit.  So hopefully the  
20 - 30 minute commits will be a thing of the past.
