We are currently stuck on ElementValue - we correctly made the 
association with Stratagy. And then verified this with teh decode 
implementation of WrappedStratagy.

There are three implementations of ElementValue - DefaultElementValue, 
ElementValueGT and finally the one in WrappedStratagy.
If you can confirm we are on the right track (or let us know if theis is 
the edge case where we should stop) it would be cool.

Many of the constructors are of the arg1, arg2, arg3 varity since we 
lack source (or javadocs).  If you can cut us some javadocs it would 
help greatly.
