Thanks Jody, I was planning to put a notice on the geotools homepage about this but have been very busy. The amount of people and posters was not as many as last year. However this meant we had the best demonstration since no one else had laptops. Also, thank you to the geoserver folks: I got it running on my laptop the night before in about 30 minutes without any previous experience (20 minutes spent figuring out I needed to open up my firewall). Just a note to everyone for the future: do not make geotools and geoserver handouts the same colour. People have trouble separating them and think they already have the handout you are trying to give them.
