The change was done yesterday, which is why (I guess) we are seeing=20
"build broken" mails; hope it will be solved when the next nightly build=20
will run. I posted an email sooner this week asking if this name change=20
was a problem...

The purpose of this name change was to make it clear that "plugin/epsg"=20
is not the primary epsg plugin (the primary EPSG database format is=20
MS-Access), and to make room for other EPSG plugins. Right now we have:

     plugin/epsg-wkt           (formaly plugin/epsg)
     plugin/epsg-access        (connection to MS-Access)

Later, we may have

     plugin/epsg-hsql

Note: plugin/epsg-access is very short. It contains only connection=20
parameters. Peoples who want to connect to their own database (including=20
PostgreSQL) could copy plugin/epsg-access and modify the connection=20
parameters.
