To Dave,

This is a known list that is in an email from jan or feb (probably under
some weird subject title). Most are not parsing because we do not (yet)
implement their map projection (the Transverse_Mercator_South_Orientated
is low hanging fruit that already has a jira entry). Some users
expressed interest in seeing Cassini_Soldner and New_Zealand_Map_Grid
implemented.

The Mercator_1SP's have an "illegal" latitude_of_origin parameter. I was
hopping someone else would remove these, but looks like I get to do it
(no I don't, someone beat me to it :-) ). 

I will lookup 3112 in the epsg database tomorrow to see what it says.

The epsg.properties was created from a dump of the spatial reference
table in postgis, so I do not think all the numbers are really epsg
authority codes.
