[Geotools-devel] ibliblio slow? vs Maven 1.0

Is ibiblio slow for everyone or just me?

It is very annoying that maven 1.0 wants to check for geoapi-SNAPSHOT 
each time, especially when involves a timeout. It also ends up skipping 
the build of main (even though it confesses that geoapi-SNAPSHOT was 
found locally).

Is there anything we can do about this?
