Our customers send us their shapefiles drawned by them in different gis
And from time to time we get such a shapefiles: without_hectares_attr.zip
(attached in without_hectares_attr.zip)
So, it seems ok, we get geojson, we can make our analytics on it.
/But:/ while trying to export it as pdf we get an error
http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/1735 ( Invalid number of points in
LinearRing), seems strange as we works only with polygons and multipolygons.
A closer examination we saw that there is one more excess line feature!
Screenshot of this:
And in geojson(it is the first multipolygon feature):
http://pastie.org/private/sgtdludvdtgeiau5uxmxrq As you can see, it is
really a line. So, our customer make an error while drawing.
How can we programatically resolve similar issues? Right now we not validate
geojson(should we, will this help). My thoughts: validate, and try to remove
What will you suggest?
Thank in advance,
