I have updated the DataSource interface, per the IRC talks. I will
modify GML and PostGIS anon. The rest is up to you!

Just a quick update to say that VeryBasicDatasource (used for testing),
shapefile, memory and gml are now back up-to-date with the new DS API.
I modified the DS API slightly so that getBbox returned an Envelope instead
of a Filter. I did this because Filters can't be interrogated yet.
DefaultFeatureCollection had to be fixed along the way, and for the moment
it temporary converts the Extent which is passed to it into a Filter for
the data source its attached to. I'd like to see FeatureCollection drop
Extent and go to Filter as well.
Because the above fudge is a little crude there is a bug at the moment
which is causing feature collections to re-fetch features they already have.
All being well the majority of modules should now compile again.
