that was just getting gce back to pre command-queue status since the port was
never completed and the uni tests didn't pass, so the idea is to get it
working again and tread adding support for more arcsde raster formats and
porting to command queue as separate tasks.
The other bulk commit you notices was just a general code formatting and
organize imports.
So, what I'm up to is to start adding support for a couple more raster formats
in arcsde :)
