>> I also found a solution to this:
>> Whoa, this is an interest work around to the fact that we don't
>> implement our 'label' reading correctly.
>> <Label>This is city "<ogc:PropertyName>NAME</ogc:PropertyName>"
>> of state <ogc:PropertyName>STATE</ogc:PropertyName></Label>
>> Is supposed to be a valid label, that example is in the spec, and we
>> don't support it. If you feel like getting in to the geotools level
>> I'd more than welcome a patch for that, so you wouldn't have to use
>> strConcat functions.
>> Interesting. I wasn't aware of this. I will investigate if I can
>> easily write a patch.
>> Great. I don't believe it should be all that difficult.
>> Should I open a JIRA issue and submit a patch?
> Yeah, that'd be great. Should make it for GeoTools, but you may also
> make one in GeoServer that links to it, so I can schedule it and be
> sure that it gets rolled in for the next release. I'll also try to
> get your image map stuff in a community module soon, and get you
> commit rights to continue work on it there directly.
I created the JIRA issue: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-1547
I think the patch needs some testing to be sure that mixed parsing
doesn't break anything (I tried to write it as much compatible as
possible with previous behaviour, but it's always possible that parsing
something that was previously ignored brings out misterious bugs :-) ).
