The CoordianteReferenceSystem is consisdered schema information, it is
not required for Geometry construction (just schema construction).

I can't speak for schema construction and I'm not sure for JTS. But I=20
know that CRS is required for ISO 19107 geometry construction, since ISO=20
defines a coordinate reference system association in clause 184.108.40.206 for=20
all geometric objects.
