Unfortunately not, there is no good communication between the two projects.=
JTS is open source, but closed developer wise (only VividSolutions people
have commit rights) so I don't follow it much.

Most of the warnings in the attachments pop up even if you use the stable
version of JTS 1.4. The problem is that we are using direct constructors=20
instead of geometry factories.

Dont' know, given that in a few months we will change the geometry model
to fit the ISO standard, it does not hurt to keep a few deprecated method
calls in the meantime...
If you really can't stand them, fix and send a patch, I will review and app=
it. The patch can be easily prepared with an svn diff command after you've
fixed the source code.
