	ย้อนกลับไปดูเหตุการณ์ เมื่อวันที่ 28 เมษายน 2547 เกิดความ
รุนแรงขึ้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ถึง 11 จุด ในวันเดียวกัน แต่เหตุการณ์ที่
ต้องจดจำกันไปอีกนานก็คือ กรณีเหตุการณ์ที่มัสยิดกรือเซะ จังหวัดปัตตานี 
กลุ่มผู้ก่อความไม่สงบจำนวนหนึ่งได้บุกเข้าโจมตีจุดตรวจของตำรวจ ทหาร
ที่กรือเซะและปล้นอาวุธปืน กระสุนปืนไปจำนวนหนึ่ง ฆ่า และพยายามฆ่า
เจ้าพนักงานซึ่งกำลังทำหน้าที่แล้วได้หลบหนีเข้าไปยึดครองมัสยิดกรือเซะ
ซึ่งเป็นศาสนสถานและโบราณสถานที่สำคัญของจังหวัดปัตตานี เจ้าหน้าที่
ตำรวจและทหารได้เข้าดำเนินการควบคุมสถานการณ์โดยอ้างอำนาจตาม
กฎหมายจนเป็นเหตุให้มีผู้เสียชีวิต ณ มัสยิดกรือเซะ รวมจำนวน 32 คน
	ระเบิดคาร์บอมบ์ได้บ่งบอกถึงศักยภาพของกลุ่มผู้ก่อความไม่สงบ
คำถามก็คือ ยังมีระเบิดคาร์บอมบ์อีกเท่าไหร่ และจะนำมาใช้งานอีกเมื่อไร
และที่ไหน เมื่อการเจรจายังไม่ประสบความสำเร็จ ก็อดคิดไม่ได้ว่า
“การล้างแค้นจะมีขึ้นไหม” ในช่วงเทศการสงกรานต์เจ้าหน้าที่
ถูกระดมไปดูแลรักษาความสงบและการเดินทางของพี่น้องชาวไทยเป็น
จำนวนมาก หลังจากนั้นความอ่อนล้าและความต้องการพักผ่อนของ
เจ้าหน้าที่ก็จะเป็นจุดอ่อนได้ อย่าให้เขาใช้ 28 เมษายน มาเป็นวันทำลาย

หรือแตกต่างไปจากที่รับทราบกันแค่ไหนอย่างไร ก็ได้คำตอบมาว่า 
จริงอยู่ที่จุดเริ่มต้นของความรุนแรงในพื้นที่ 3 จ.ชายแดนใต้นั้น 
อาจเริ่มมาจากการกระทำภายใต้อุดมการณ์อย่างแท้จริง 
แต่เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปนานร่วมสิบปี กลับพบว่ามีกลุ่มคนบางกลุ่ม 
ฉกฉวยโอกาสในการเกิดความไม่สงบเหล่านี้ 
เป็นช่องทางในการกระทำสิ่งเพื่อประโยชน์ของตนเองจนสถานการณ์ขยายตัว 
ซึ่งล้วนแต่ก็เป็นเรื่องที่ผิดกฎหมายแทบทั้งนั้น 
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องของการค้าของผิดกฎหมายเช่น น้ำมันเถื่อน ยาเสพติด 
โดยเฉพาะยาเสพติด เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คลุกคลีในพื้นที่จริงๆ ต่างพูดเหมือนกันว่า
 กลายเป็นสิ่งหนึ่งที่ "ระบาด" ในพื้นที่ และมีการใช้ยาเสพติดเหล่านี้ 
เป็นสิ่งจูงใจในการก่อเหตุต่างๆ ไปแล้วบอกเล่าเหล่านี้ ถูกสำทับ ให้หนักแน่นด้วยการเล่าต่อว่า 
"ขณะลงพื้นที่ไม่ยากเลยที่จะพบเห็นถุงยา ร่วงหล่น ในสวนยาง..." 
เมื่อไทยรัฐออนไลน์จี้หนักเข้าไปถึงมุมมองถึงเหตุแห่งความรุนแรงที่เกิด 
กลับถูกขยายความต่อว่า หลังๆ หลายเหตุการณ์เหมือนถูก "สวมรอย"

เป็นผู้บงการอยู่เบื้องหลัง จากการสอบสวนนายเบิร์ด รับสารภาพว่าจะนำเฮโรอีนไปส่งที่
รัฐกลันตัน ประเทศมาเลเซีย เฮโรอีนล็อตนี้จะถูกกระจายต่อไปยังประเทศที่ 3 ทั้งฮ่องกง 
สิงคโปร์ ออสเตรเลีย รวมถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งจะมีมูลค่าหลายร้อยล้านบาท
    เป็นที่น่าแปลกใจมากว่าทำไมเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ไม่
ทำให้ขบวนการค้ายาเสพติดหวั่นเกรงแม้แต่น้อย และยังคงมีการค้ายาเสพติดกันอย่างเป็น

    3.วิธีถูกกฎหมาย เช่น การตั้งบริษัทและร้านค้า การทำธุรกิจในต่างประเทศ

    เมื่อกลางดึกวันที่ 13 ก.พ. 56 คนร้ายกว่า 50 คน บุกโจมตีฐานทหารนาวิกโยธินที่
บ้านยือลอ ต.บาเระเหนือ อ.บาเจาะ จ.นราธิวาส มีผู้เสียชีวิต 16 คน เป็นข่าวที่น่า
สะเทือนใจมาก  แม้ว่าผู้ที่เสียชีวิตจะเป็นคนร้าย  ถึงยังไงพวกเขาเหล่านั้นล้วนแต่เป็นคน
ไทยด้วยกัน อะไรเป็นเหตุที่ทำให้เขาเหล่านี้ต้องจับอาวุธขึ้นมาฆ่ากัน ความต้องการแยกตัว
เป็นเอกราช? ความเชื่อทางศาสนา? หรือไม่ได้รับความยุติธรรมจากชีวิตความเป็นอยู่?  ซึ่ง
เป็นสาเหตุที่ถูกนำมาใช้อ้างกันบ่อยมาก  แต่หลังจากนี้ครอบครัวของผู้เสียชีวิตเขาจะต้อง
เผชิญกับชีวิตที่ลำบากกว่าเดิมหลายเท่า เพราะว่าเดิมทีกลุ่มคนเหล่านี้ต้องหลบๆซ่อนๆไม่
สามารถทำมาหากินได้ ลูกเมียก็ต้องพลอยลำบากไปด้วย ภรรยาของผู้เสียชีวิตคนหนึ่งเล่า
ให้นักข่าวฟังว่า สามีเคยกลับมาบ้านก่อนคืนเกิดเหตุ ได้บอกกับลูกว่าให้ขยันเรียนตั้งใจ
ศึกษาให้สูง ส่วนตัวเขานั้นได้ถลำตัวเข้าร่วมขบวนการแล้วออกมาไม่ได้เพราะต้องถูกฆ่า
ตายเหมือนกัน  ส่วนข่าวที่รู้ล่วงหน้าได้มาอย่างไร?  มีสมาชิกจำนวนหนึ่งที่เข้าร่วมกับกลุ่ม

ศาลพิพากษาจำคุก 10 ปี “สมยศ พฤกษาเกษมสุข” คดีหมิ่นเบื้องสูง ลงบทความ “วอยซ์ออฟทักษิณ” ภายหลังศาล รธน.วินิจฉัยชี้ชัดมาตรา 112 ไม่ขัดรัฐธรรมนูญ ซ้ำกรรมเก่าคดีหมิ่นประมาท “พล.อ.สพรั่ง” ที่รอลงอาญาไว้ศาลสั่งให้นำโทษจำคุก 1 ปีมารวมด้วย รวมเป็นโทษจำคุก 11 ปีโดยไม่มีการรอลงอาญา ย้ำเจตนาดูหมิ่นพระมหากษัตริย์ ชี้เป็นถึงบรรณาธิการน่าจะมีวิจารณญาณเพียงพอ

The court sentenced Mr.Somyot Prueksakasemsuk on June 24 on charges of lese majesty. Somyot is a
former editor of the magazine. "Voice of Thaksin" to allow the outpost to the article Wrote by Jakrapob

In Thailand lese majeste law is not only the main source of international law or the Constitution, which
has been recognized internationally. But is is the culture of Thailand and ethical principles. Thailand is
unique in the defense of the monarchy as an institution of the state.
Actions they considered the abolition of the monarchy in Thailand seem very large. It is a part of social
media in small circles, speaking out. Somyot as part of the process. Thailand has more freedom under
democratic monarch as head of state. Somyot generally critical. But he lied and accused of insulting
the king. The most important, these people are thought to bring communism to rule the country. So they
had to overthrow the monarchy.
