#1 easyname should be included on text/html output

i'd like to take the text or html output with me on my
laptop and the waypoints in my gps. but it isn't
always obvious when looking at the text or html output
what the computed easyname would be which makes it hard
to find the waypoint in my gps.

if easyname is turned on, i'd like to see the easyname
included in the text and html output. if easyname is
turned off, i'd like to see the GCXXXX cache name in
the output.
