#6 No German Umlauts in Title

Allthough German Umlauts in the cache descriptions are
shown correctly now, one outstanding problem:

If there is a German Umlaut in the title of the cache,
geotoad replaces it by a "?". For example:

Auerm?hle / Ratingen Ost by chrislangweg, Multi (2.0/2.0)
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GCGAXP

I guess that this occurs because GC.com uses Unicode in
the titel strings (instead of UTF-8 in the description).
