#11 no LOGs in GSAK

the gpx-file contents logs about the cache, but if I import
this gpx-files form GeoToad, no Logs will be shown in
GSAK (4.2.1).
About checking the gpx-file I saw at every end of line a
double CR before LF (0D 0D 0A). Normaly the end of line
should be 0D 0A .
