#3 Restoring with geOVWM

Sometimes windows do not restore using geOTray and
geOVWM. When you click on the icon, you see the
minimized bar appear next to the geOTray, and then it
disappears back into it. Going back to the window
where you minimized it allows you to restore it.
Right-clicking and choosing 'Maximize' does so as well.

In those cases, usually the window is being restored to
it's original desktop. I'm not sure why, but again, this
is a rather annoying problem with the geoVWM plugin.

However, at this point in time, my personal focus is on
debugging the shell, so I'm still not going to ttouch this
in the hopes that it's original author (pdw63) or anyone,
in fact, will pick it up and finish some of the finer
    details that it's missing.

we should see if this is going to be a problem in R5 ...
windows 'restoring" to a position such that they are not

workaround: right-click tray icon and choose move, press an
arrow key , then move the mouse to bring the window to
    wherever the mouse is.

another: when the application is restored but doesn't show
up .. use SHIFT|WIN|# hotkey to move it to a desktop?
