#17 NEW LOOK 1: Active Task plugin

A simple plugin to display the caption of the active
task, and on-click, display the Tasks menu. All it
needs is the active app changed notification from the
ShellHook, and a button to call the Tasks menu with.

One other idea: it would be cool if somehow the plugin could
list the number of active tasks...this could be feature for
the future. Or now. ;)

Anyway, similar to the way geoshell and explorer do task
grouping, except including all of the active tasks, so it
would look like:

ActiveTaskName (6 active)

or maybe

(6) ActiveTaskName

I think it would be better if it were at the end, though.
Easier to read. It would be even cooler if the (6 active)
part could be right justified, and the title left
justified...but that might be too much to ask. Or, perhaps
have 2 separate regions in the plugin...the task name region
and the task number region. OR (heh), have 2 separate
plugins...one for task name and the other for task number.
I would think that people who have their taskbars hidden
could use this. Shoot--the task number plugin could even be
a geobutton which would trigger the task list. So maybe it
should be one plugin with two different display modes?

I'm brainstorming here...hope you can make sense of this. ;)
