#7 Handle LIMBs from multiple layers

Fade all LIMBs by default, because they overlap.
When hovering the mouse over the border, take the LIMB with smallest/shortest label and bring to full opacity.
Make all LIMBs from the same layer fully opaque, to highlight their relationship to the selected (hovered-over) LIMB.
